Update (November, 2025)

To ensure the ongoing sustainability and quality of our services, we have updated our private rate. This adjustment reflects both annual indexing and clinical expertise.

All services | $223.00 per hour.

Client facing services | billed per hour (NB: Therapy sessions typically last for 50 minutes and are billed per hour. This provides us with 10 minutes for documentation. Documentation is a medico-legal requirement and enables us to keep track of your progress).

Non client facing services | billed pro-rata (NB: examples include clinical liaison, report writing, therapy planning, case conference).

A service agreement and or quotation with a breakdown of fees will be provided on request.

Travel costs apply to mobile services at $223.00 per hour.

We will continue to provide services for NDIS participants at the current rate of $193.99 per hour, in accordance with the NDIS Price Guide.

However, due to recent changes in the NDIS pricing guide — specifically a 50% reduction to the allowable travel rate — providing mobile services is no longer financially sustainable for our small business.

As a result, NDIS-funded appointments will now be offered predominantly in-clinic from our space at 208 Buchan Street, Bungalow. This ensures we can continue offering high-quality, reliable services while operating sustainably.

Self-Managed NDIS participants may access travel (for mobile services) at the full rate, if allowable within their plan.

As we are a busy practice, failing to notify us that you are unable to attend an appointment means that another patient misses out. In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of the full amount. This fee is to be paid in full within 7 days and before any future appointments can be made. We appreciate your understanding.
